Ralf Lõoke

Architect, born in Tallinn, Estonia in 1978, lives and works in Tallinn. Studied at the Tallinn College of Engineering (1996/1997), Virginia Technical University, Architecture Consortium (2000/2001) and the Estonian Academy of Arts where he received MA in architecture in 2004. Partner and cofounder of Salto architecture office which was founded in 2004; member of the Union of Estonian Architects.
